This zucchini quiche is super simple and you don't even need an oven! Great for breakfast, as a side dish or snack any time. Enjoy!<br /><br />How To Make Quiche Without Oven | Crustless Zucchini Quiche | EASY RICE COOKER RECIPES | ASMR<br /><br />NOTES:<br />* 1 cup = 250 ml<br />* Rice cooker capacity = 1 litre or 5 cups <br />* Please READ Important TIPS at the end of each video<br /><br />INGREDIENTS:<br />• 2 cups (280g) SHREDDED ZUCCHINI (juice squeezed out)<br />• 1/2 cup (75g) CHOPPED ONION<br />• 1/4 cup (25g) CHOPPED CHIVES (fresh or frozen)<br />• 2 EGGS<br />• 1/2 tsp (2g) GARLIC SALT<br />• 1/4 tsp BLACK PEPPER & CAYENNE MIX<br />• 1 tsp (5g) OLIVE OIL<br />• 2/3 cup (120ml) MILK<br />• 1/2 cup (55g) SHREDDED MOZZARELLA CHEESE<br />• 1/2 cup (85g) WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR<br />• 1 tsp (4g) BAKING POWDER<br />• 1/4 tsp GARLIC POWDER<br />• 2 tbsp (16g) PARMESAN CHEESE<br /><br />HOW TO MAKE IT:<br />1. Grate the zucchinis and squeeze out any juice. Measure out amount needed<br />2. Chop the onion and chives and measure out amount needed<br />3. In large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, garlic salt, black pepper, oil and milk<br />4. Add shredded zucchini, onion, chives, mozzarella, wheat flour, baking powder and garlic powder. Fold until combined<br />5. Pour into greased and lined pot or pan and evenly distribute batter on the bottom and smooth the top<br />6. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top<br />7. Cover with paper towel to catch condensation and Bake for 2 bake cycles (60 min) then check. Quiche should be firm to touch and not sticky or too wet on top. Rice cooker varies so bake longer as needed. Mine took 3 bake cycles (90 min)<br />8. Cool 10-15 minutes before cutting. Optionally, you can sprinkle cayenne pepper on top or any other topping of your choice<br /><br />OVEN BAKING:<br />Bake in greased and lined pan, in pre-heated 400F (200C) for 30-40 minutes.
